* Developing part stockholding at a level to ensure first time availability of parts as per BMW guidelines. *Creating and establishing control system for all departmental resources, personnel and material. *Monitoring continuously all factors effecting the operations and implement in a timely manner. * Maintaining direct relationship with salesmen & stock analyst in order to facilitate the achievements. * Conducting, supervising and coordination all activities in parts stock keeping as well as punctual and efficient handling of orders. * Ensuring efficient and timely operation including operating procedures, monthly stock orders to BMW AG, stock check-stock control and proper storing of all parts. * Monitoring continuously stock level to ensure minimum obsolete stock. * Plans the fulfillment of objectives on basis of budget, forecasts, sales and inventory lists and other parts specific data. * Monitor stock in terms of turn-over rate, service objective, stocking period, trends & risk of parts becoming obsolete with the objective to reach the degree of availability and turn over factor. * Complies initial parts for new models with the cooperation of Parts Manager. *Updating parts master file by entering consignment data in computer and printing parts receipts voucher. *Organizing parts transfer on daily basis between the branches and communicating the received goods information to the counter staff. *Carrying out perpetual stock inventory on pre-assigned schedule by National Parts Manager and notifying discrepancies and giving explanations for short & excess stocks. *Carrying out Annual inventory under the supervision of external auditors & assisting Parts *Preparing the discrepancy/stock adjustment report for National Manager. *Adhering to standard safety and security rules to safeguard against pilferage and accidents.
