The township was conceived with the ultimate goal to bring one closer to nature for everyday living. Modern-day living often gets hectic which makes us forget the basic purpose of our lives, that is to enjoy quality living with our loved ones. And what better way to do that than in the lap of nature itself. Our idea was to create a community of like-minded people who appreciate sustainable living away from the chaos of city life while having all the comforts of modern day living! RTO & Police Line Government Approval has been granted for the Kotputli RTO & Police Line, which will be directly behind the site and create additional opportunities. EPIP & DMIC The site is bang on National Highway 148-B (Economic Corridor). The RICCO, spread over 210 acres with 70% occupancy. Delhi Mumbai Industrial corridor has been developed jointly by Indian and Japanese Govt. JAPANESE ZONES RICCO in association with JETRO is developing phase 3 of Japanese zone which is about 500 acres. FACILITIES Delhi Public School & Dental colleges are only 5 mins away. NIIT, Raffles University, School of Aeronautics etc are already functional. Some of the hospitals like Max force hospital, City Hospital etc are in close proximity. CARGO AND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Cargo & international airport to be constructed between Ajarka and Kotkasim facilitating air transportation for Kotputli, Shahjhapur, Bhiwadi and Behror. RRTS Delhi-Alwar Regional Rapid Transmit System (Delhi-Alwar RRTS) is a proposed 164 km long, semi-high speed rail corridor connecting Delhi-Gurgaon-Rewari-Behror-Alwar. In December 2018, the project proposal for the Delhi-Gurgaon-Shahjhanpur-Neemrana-Behror Urban complex (SNB) stretch was approved by NCRTC. It will be constructed in about three years (end of 2024)

Achievements and responsibilities: - Refurbished a Phinisi (Pinisi) ship to a 5 star event yacht.  - Partnered and conceptualised the dragoon theme and adjacent branding.  - Launched key markets such as America, India and China to propel the company in increasing its overall turnover. - Onboarded vendors and created procedures in accordance to Bali's rules and regulations. (first of a kind experience) - Covered over 300+ successful events from corporates, weddings to sunset cruises. (managed to get Martin Garrix {world’s top 5 DJs} on board for free gigs and publicity.) - Created key national and international B2B partnerships and got featured on E! news.

Jeevan Ratan Sewa Sansthan (JRSS), is a not-for-profit charitable organization started in 1997, with a mission to provide quality education to the underprivileged, instant aid to the horror-stricken and make government schemes more available. A family run NGO, doing work at a grass root level and hence the impact is immediate and very visible.
