We marry IoT, Hardware, Cloud, and Mobile technologies to enable ACE sector with IoT in various appliance categories.

Managed a team of backend and app developers to build multiple products for a leading political party in India. Built applications that scaled to 1 million users in a span of 4 months.

I co-founded Ad Box and it got acquired in January, 2014. Ad Box is India's first Cloud-powered Real Time Content Management Platform for Digital Screens and Tablets used for advertising and branding. Our partners include Barista Lavazza, Haldiram's, Sagar Ratna, and WH Smith. Our clients include MakeMyTrip, PayTM, Haier, Bank Of Baroda, HDFC Bank among others. Arpit led the engineering team in designing and developing the Ad Box platform keeping in mind Indian scenario.

I was a fellow in New Delhi Chapter of the Startup Leadership Program (SLP). SLP is a highly selective, world-class training program for outstanding founders, leaders and innovators who are or want to be startup CEOs, and be connected to a global network. The SLP is an education program and network for startup CEOs in life sciences, tech, cleantech and social enterprise sectors.

I co-founded Sparrow Devices along with my wife with a vision to take India to New Age OOH Advertising. Sparrow Devices was later merged with Ad Box (another company that I co-founded). Our clients included Godfery Philips India, Jaypee Group, and ITC. I led a team of exceptional engineers to develop: a. A stand-alone cloud connected full color LED display capable of fetching content from the cloud for playing at the LED display. Project included designing and developing a custom hardware controller card for controlling RGB LEDs. b. Hardware for controlling multiple Glow Sign Boards from Web Interface for controlling and monitoring Glow Sign Boards used by Advertizers for advertizing. Hardware was essentially an embodiment of Internet of Things concept. 500 units have been installed in Delhi for monitoring and controlling Glow Sign Boards.

Co-founded Sagacious Research with a vision to provide high quality and cost effective backend Patent Research Support to clients in the USA and Europe. I was handling Business Development at Sagacious Research and was able to achieve a revenue growth of ~130% YoY for three consecutive years. I was also involved in dealing with the clients, and managing the process and strategy of the following types of IP projects in various technical domains: - Patent Litigation Support - Patent drafting - Patent landscape analysis - Invalidation search - Claim Charts - IP due-diligence and licensing studies, and other IP projects.

I was handling a team of 9 Patent Analysts and was leading operations for one of the largest IP clients of EVS at that time. Focused on team building, mentoring, delivery, and client interaction for this process.

Worked as a team member for following types of IP projects in various technical domains: - Patent drafting - Patent landscape analysis - Patent portfolio analysis - Invalidation search - Freedom to operate study - Claim Charts Also, attended a 2 Month Training program focused on Patent Drafting and Patent Searching.

Worked on projects based on Databases and Data Warehousing. Also attended a 3 Month training on Oracle Databases Tools, PL/SQL, and Linux.
