Vehicles are rapidly transitioning from mechanical machines to software-defined platforms. I founded Yellow Matrix to build the electronics and connected infrastructure that powers this shift. We work with EV and automotive companies to develop embedded systems, connected hardware, and cloud platforms that enable vehicles to continuously evolve after deployment. Our work spans across the automotive electronics stack: • Telematics control unit (TCU) and connected hardware development • Cybersecure multi-ECU OTA update platforms • UDS diagnostics and ECU communication over CAN • Automotive motor controller development • Vehicle data acquisition and cloud analytics platforms By combining embedded electronics, vehicle diagnostics, and cloud infrastructure, we help OEMs: Reduce field failures and warranty costsEnable continuous software upgrades in vehiclesBuild scalable software-defined vehicle capabilities Prior to starting Yellow Matrix, I worked across product, strategy, and technology roles in organizations including Reliance Jio, IBM Consulting, and Souq. I hold a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
