Facilitating the group and learning processes in a group of highly talented Fellows in the Hungarian Templeton Program.

* Creating experiential learning based programes. (1-10 days) * Planning and realizing programs for disadvanteged youth and participants coming from a more supporting environment.. * Setting low and high ropes obstacles. Leading ropes course activities.

* Planting trees and helping the primary forest to regain the strength it had before the human impact. * Opening, cleaning trails to help people to see the beauties of highland rainforest and to support the research of local biologists. * Coordinate the work of volunteers who are working on reforestation, maintaining the vegetable garden and the reserve.

* An EVS project in a foster home in Peru. * for youth between 2-18 * teaching the younger ones to play, move, draw and paint * lead sport activities: football, volleyball, basketball * voluntary work: creating a more home-like environment * creating social events: talent show, dancing * coaching the elder in creating a puppet performance for the youngster for Christmas

* Educator in the foster home: * Taking care of children and supporting their personal growth.. * 12-14 children lives in a "house" from the 90 inhabitants of the foster home. * The age group: 5-24. * After 2 years as educator I started organizing summer camps and activities for the age group 3-24 and for nearly all the 90 children. * 2 canoe camps (7 days) * 3 bycicle camps (7 days) * 3 hiking camps (10 days) * 2 gipsy camps (10 days) * Leading activities and trainings: * football, basketball, volleyball * learning games for under the age of 12 * media, art, film club * Cooperatation in a workshop using dramatic tools. * I am grateful for everything I got from them. I have learnt there a lot about my profession and about human connection.

* Coordinating and realizing a six month project / From Us To You: * Participants: youth living within and without families. * The goal: creating a volunteer program in a little Hungarian village and using this experience as a tool for personal development. * Tools: experiential learning, outdoor education and project method.

* I work with groups (adolescents and adults) comming from different background (living in / without family; in very poor / average conditions; members of minority group). * My approach to learning comes from these resources: * experiential learning * solution focus coaching * self-directed learning * My goal is to create an affirmative learning environment while facing new challenges and finding their own answers to the questions they have.
