Partner with the CPO and Head of Buying to drive the development of range drops that consistently exceed quality standards, adhere to rigorous garment wear-testing protocols, and optimize costing strategies—ensuring seamless transition from concept to manufacturing readiness and delivering market-leading products. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on brand strategies and define product attributes and technical initiatives. Conduct regular product acceptance evaluations by analysing Oner community sentiment and return feedback to drive continuous product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
