I'm currently working as an HR Recruiter Intern at Futurerole, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. I'm also involved in job posting, database management, follow-ups, and candidate communication, which is helping me build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and hiring strategy. As part of my role, I had the incredible opportunity to teach final-year students about GST Compliance and Auditing. I conducted sessions on key topics such as ITC verification, reconciliation, penalties, fraud detection, and more. This experience enhanced my technical knowledge and also helped me improve my communication and leadership skills.
