• Sourcing candidates for Telecom, FMCD and E-commerce industries. • Handling recruitment, Payroll coordination, grievance, PF coordination and F&F for entire Tamil Nadu. • Handling End to End recruitment cycle. o Job posting in portals o Lining up the candidates for interview o Interviewing the candidates o Salary negotiation o Processing the offer letters o Document verification o Background verification o Handling Joining formalities o Conducting proper Induction program o Issuing appointment letters o Conducting exit interviews • Creating Employee ids for entire Tamil Nadu region. • Coordinating with respective bank personnel to open bank account for new employees. • Maintaining good relationship with the clients to ensure the smooth run of the process. • Processing Full and Final settlement for the resigned employees. • Handling grievances in Tamil Nadu region • Processing Provident Fund for the entire Tamil Nadu region. • Cross check the employees’ daily attendance. • Handling the employees’ inventory and filing them properly. • Sending reports on daily basis. • Maintaining the healthy relationship between management and employees.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Working with clients to source candidates on their requirements. • Creating Job Descriptions for the open positions shared by the clients. • Surfacing about the Client details and Job Description. • Creating the pool to recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. • Sourcing the candidates from portals, references and from any modern techniques, which is applicable. • Sharing profiles with the clients. • Scheduling interviews for the sourced / shortlisted candidates with our clients. • Coordinating with clients and candidates till the end of the transaction. • Performing as an active SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to our clients. • Handled two members team and drive them to achieve their individual targets as well as team target. • Sourcing candidates from Headhunting, Mapping, field sourcing and other modern techniques. • Taking care of joining formalities and Payroll process of Contract employees, who are employed under our company’s payroll.
