● Manage all aspects of DevOps for Rosebay group of companies and customers ● Head a combined DevOps and production support function. ● Create, manage and implement policies (both technical and people-focused) to ensure a proper DevOps culture in the organization as well as project specific policies as required by customers. ● Interact with customers and provide proper guidelines for operational IT security. ● Transform development processes for existing applications software development into a Continuous Delivery-driven SDLC, influencing and educating development teams to adjust working practices in alignment with modern day software development and delivery approaches (CI, CD, AWS, Azure). ● Infrastructure (mainly Azure and AWS), continuous delivery adoption/transformation, Production and Non-Prod support, as well as planning and coaching, are key responsibilities of this role. ● Design and implement container based approaches to ensure enterprise grade deliverables with sufficient reliability and availability. ● Assist the different IT teams at Rosebay (fintech, blockchain and AI) in designing, creating, managing and maintaining IT applications and systems. ● Ensure IT security of Rosebay projects via proper adherance to standards (CIS, OWASP etc). ● Developed an Open-sourced Monitoring system using Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager which will trigger alerts and notify the clients based on Docker, Kubernetes and Docker Swarm based architecture. ● Install and maintain secure in-house containerized mail server(Mailcow).
