Talent Development Leader for P&G Philippines, Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand), and Australia-New Zealand cluster. In this role, I provided strategic partnership and expertise for my stakeholders in identifying and solving their learning needs while managing day-to-day operations of our corporate learning programs across the region. I also pioneered the designing of in-house training programs that leveraged on business leaders' wealth of experiences and practical know-how. I also enabled new external partnerships with known training firms for the soft skills capability needs of my markets that don't get addressed by the current on-shelf programs of P&G. My achievements in this role was capped off with a CEO Award that I got in June 2022. Also served as the Equality & Inclusion HR Leader for total Philippines market. I created the long-term strategy to advance P&G's aspiration to be a thought leader in the Equality & Inclusion space in the market.

- HR Business Account Manager for P&G Cabuyao Plant's Supply Network Operations and Storeroom teams, ensuring robust talent management, career planning, and high engagement that lead to breakthrough results for the department. - Designs and executes employee engagement strategies and systems for P&G's manufacturing site in Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines with more than 600 employees. These systems include Rewards & Recognition, Career & Guidance, and Engagement (Internal Communications, Employee Events, and Corporate Citizenship).

I started my HR career in P&A Grant Thornton (Punongbayan & Araullo), a leading professional services firm in the Philippines, under its Advisory Services division. I was part of the pioneer team that worked on HR consultancy projects. In my quick 5-month stint in this role, I learned the foundations of doing L&D operations, where I was ultimately given a chance to lead a team in the conduct of an in-house training engagement for CPAs of a multinational oil company. My interest in L&D and Human Resources developed in this role and it has only grown since.

I worked closely with the company's Human Resource - Learning and Development and Recruitment teams. My capstone project for this internship was a training program on security and BCP protocols for rank and file employees of Robinsons Commercial Centers Division (malls).
