Transitioning from a Waiter, F&B Manager to a Duty Manager and ultimately to a Resort Manager involves a significant evolution in both of my personality traits and professional experience. All throughout this year being in the hospitality industry for over 17 years, my personality traits and working experience evolve to encompass a diverse range of skills, including but not limited to customer service, leadership, operational management, financial acumen, and strategic planning. I also develop leaders and guide them to the right bus. “Right people, right seat”. I also oversee the entire guest experience, from accommodations to recreational activities, and are responsible for maintaining high standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This journey reflects a significant growth in both of my professional capabilities and personal attributes, culminating in a well-rounded and seasoned hospitality professional.
