• Established a 175,000 sq ft, 2000-person factory in Surat, India that leveraged the latest technology and a new management style (2007) • Created an effective, innovative style of entrepreneurial-based manufacturing in Surat, India, that encouraged artisans to add value to every diamond created (2010) • Ensured global compliance with De Beers’ Best Practice Principles (since 2005) and Responsible Jewelers Compliance (since 2011) • Established first live online auctions in real time across rough diamonds and polish diamonds platforms (2011) • Instrumental in establishing distribution hubs for the alliance network for polish diamonds in Australia (2012), UAE (2013), Hong Kong (2011), USA (2012) • Leveraged success of India manufacturing operations and knowhow to create one of the largest beneficiation factories (>250 people) in Botswana (2012) • Developed the group’s ‘Synergy Model’ that combined marketing and manufacturing verticals with the Client vertical to innovate, create and distribute new products; this model’s success created brands like Neil Lane, Pnina Tornai, Trilogy and Three Stone Ring, Hearts and Arrow • Created signature diamond cuts for clients – Leo Diamond, Blue Flame, Radiant Star, Hearts Desire, David Yurman Signature Cushion • Managed proprietary cuts and brands including Tolkowsky, Luminus Diamond, Blue Heart • Achieved De Beers sightholder status for Blue Star Botswana • Initiated the laboratory-grown diamond business in 2019 • Key member of the alliance’s management responsible for taking the business from $300Mn to over $1Bn in a decade (2004->2014) • Created gratuity policies, workman safety and welfare policies, introduced worldwide medical policies for the group • Spokesperson at the Rapaport Diamond Conference 2013 • Chosen and represented the alliance as a member of the Sightholder Consultative Committee in De Beers to help bring changes to the industry
