Worked as a quality and production trainee where my role was to coordinate closely with both the departments and help increase the productivity of the product while maintaining the quality. I was assigned to the Gems production line where I was told to help design a solution to decrease packaging defects while meeting product demand.

Worked as a quality and production trainee in the Britannia outlet. Acquired knowledge about various testing done to produce best quality biscuits. Got an understanding of the various raw material used and their importance. As for the production line got myself familiarized with various machinery and workers working there. The staff there really helped me to acquire knowledge on various aspects.

After the completion of my third semester, I thought of gaining some industry experience in the winter break so decided to join at Verka Milk Plant Ludhiana. There I was given training under quality check department and the production department. It was a great experience as newbie to this field and I got to learn some great facts about the milk industry. Learnt about the various testing done on the milk and subsequent dairy products to produce best quality. Also gained knowledge about the packaging system and production line in brief.
