Assistant IT Project Manager and AMOA supporting the run and evolution of a national EAM system (GPIM), while contributing to the early framing and tender preparation of the future replacement program. • Acted as AMOA on the RUN of the GPIM EAM system: requirements collection and prioritization, functional specification validation and participation in user acceptance testing. • Contributed to upstream project framing activities, including cost estimation, risk analysis and early planning. • Facilitated working groups, business workshops and seminars to align maintenance and operations stakeholders. • Actively contributed to RFP documentation and tender preparation for the future national EAM replacement program. • Performed central administration of the national EAM system and coordinated change requests.
