° Advance purchasing for various automotive product lines within a defined strategy for selected technologies, cost & quality targets and supply lead time. °Involved in R&D projects such as MIM (Metal Injection Molding) on innovative projects in gasoline injection. °Realized various technology market trend surveys and strategic suppliers research, identification and evaluation. ° Responsible of prototype supplier selection, prototype purchasing (up to 30 % savings achieved), delivery and internal testing follow up. ° Working on constant cost (MCIP: Material Cost Improvement plan) and quality improvement of existing production at various plants in numerous countries (cost reduction ideas generating savings of up to 10% across portfolio). ° Established strong business partnership with strategic suppliers to achieve mutual success at all stages. ° Represented the purchasing function to other internal departments (Finance, Engineering, and Sales) and giving support on all purchasing activities.

Supervising and optimising exports and imports for Daewoo production sites in Europe . Responsible for buying (supplier negotiations) and supplying (logistic coordination) electronic components and raw material from Asia (South Korea, China…) and Europe ( Poland, Italy, UK….). -Supplier negotiations. -Planning and supervising imports. -Giving full support for custom duty clearance.

Realized numerous studies of all major Korean industries (Shipbuilding, automobile industry, electronic industry…) for use in the Bank’s Head Office in Paris. -Data research & analysis using all kinds of resources (local Industry associations, internet, professional publications...). -Risk analysis per customer and industry competitive evaluation. -Regular customer data base updates. -Financial and economic reporting for Credit Analyst. -2 Months training in Banque Paribas Paris prior to this local experience.
