Bolstering the transformation of WSP System Engineering approach from document centric to model centric (MBSE). The Model Centric approach provides the long awaited link between BIM and Systems. I also participate to many bids and projects (railway transport).

Scope Clarification / Evaluation / Ressourcing / Scheduling and Cost Control. Consultant works on various LRT and Subway projects.

As a System Work Package Manager, I bring my experience in Systems Engineering to my colleagues to populate the Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS), Activity Breakdown Structure (ABS), the Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the work packages Scope of Work (SOW), the Concept of Operation and Functional Breakdown Structure (FBS), the Interface Matrix and Interface Register (IM/IR). I participate in the early engineering process to prepare the certification (System Safety Assurance Plan, Preliminary Hazard Anaysis and RAMS). I participate to the ellaboration of the project's various schedule (Tilos, Integration plan, Test & Commissioning Plan, Design deliverables and schedule, Construction Schedule). With those preparation completed, I now work with the procurement management team to finalize the future subcontracts, prepare the budget and cost control reporting.

Tendering on some major Railway infrastructure in Canada for COLAS Canada. (Public / Private / Partnership, P3 projects). Hurontario LRT / Trillium and Confederation / Edmonton VLW. I ended this activity to participate to the Edmonton Valley Line West project.

Management of the Urban Signalling and Communication Systems activities.

Project manager for several major public transport projects:

Creation of Bid documentation on Control and Supervision projects for Urban transport Networks (subway). Team coordination for technical offer, Financial offer (Devis), negotiations with partners, participation to Bid no Bid. Training of a local team to perform tenders in chinese.

The ETGL (Ecole des Techniques du Genie Logiciel) housed by the CFA AFTI offers a 24 months apprenticeship program divided in four six months periods alternating school periods with internship periods.
