Leads technology strategy, product architecture, and cross-functional team execution. Engineered the complete infrastructure with a small offshore team in 4 months, ensuring cost efficiency, seamless integration and deployment. Orchestrated integration of 10+ third-party financial services (Gocardless, Truelayer, Northrow, Seccl, Bondsmith, OpenAI, Clearbank, etc), enhancing platform capabilities and regulatory compliance. Spearheaded regulatory compliance efforts, navigating the -ongoing- FCA approval process for fintech operations.

Founded Flux Computer to revolutionize machine learning operations using a distributed processing platform that harnesses underutilized global compute resources. Focuses on lowering ML operational costs and implementing secure, scalable solutions. Designed and implemented over 50% of the backend architecture in Golang, optimizing for scalability and efficiency. Directed a cross-functional team of 10 developers and AI scientists, optimizing research and development efficiency. Funded two research groups across the globe to solve the efficiency problem of homomorphic encryption, patent pending.

Led development of fintech solutions bridging traditional banking and blockchain. Launched the Fluent stablecoin protocol and private settlement bridge, improving transaction transparency and operational efficiency. Initially joined as Head of Blockchain Infrastructure, later promoted to CTO, managing a team of 15 developers. worked with Crystal intelligence team to provide accountability, accuracy and advanced on-chain intelligence platform on chain. Developed an advanced distributed storage system handling 2TB of processable text with high efficiency. Delivered on-chain compliance data to ~100 clients with high availability and security.

As a founding member, revolutionized cloud service delivery with a license-free model that cut costs and drove market disruption. Oversaw design, deployment, and strategic partnerships that secured government and enterprise contracts leading to a successful exit. Startup of the year 2020 in Luxembourg. Established a cloud infrastructure company, securing partnerships with Redhat and Cloud foundry, KPMG and Deloitte. Starting the company all by myself as the first engineer, out of pure love for Linux/Virtualization. Established and maintained cloud service contracts with Big Four firms as our main sales channel ensuring enterprise-grade compliance and performance. Led expansion efforts, growing the engineering team to 200 members across multiple task forces, contributing to a successful acquisition in 2019.

Designed and implemented the first iteration of IBS’s IaaS project. Led a team of 10 engineers, improving scalability and fault tolerance of enterprise SaaS/IaaS products. Developed early DevOps pipelines, reducing deployment times by 50%.

Worked with the HFT team in C/C++, focusing on Operating System optimizations. Contributed to open-source cloud projects, including Linux Kernel. Designed and maintained large-scale global trading systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
