Activities performed: Data Analysis of interconnect roaming services (Voice, SMS, Data and Comparison/Billing Statements); Manage Web services, and interconnection system; Control the agreements of domestics and international partners; Comparison and assessment of the cost of calls, SMSs (made/ received) from one operator to another operator, within and outside the country;

Prepare weekly report revenue of sales recharges for BIM, BCI and Standard Bank (achieve and exceed agreed sales targets (prepaid, post-paid, data and revenue); Attend of all activities related to accounts, payments revenue, and other; Payment request using the ERP software platform; Attendance control, absence preparing a monthly report from each staff performance directed to Human Resources; Control all activities of the staffs, business plans and their implementation Knowledge of procedures for Roaming service and VAS service in case management of interconnect calls CRBT (Call back ring tone); Confirmation and billing reports for calls, SMS's (National and International), production of reports payment services using ERP software program. Cooperation and coordination with national and multinational customers in the activities of roaming and VAS service. Interconnect settlement for BIM, Standard Bank and BCI (achieve and exceed the agreed Sales targets (Pre-Paid, Post Paid, Data and Revenue).
