As General Manager of Terranova Kazakhstan, I am responsible for establishing and leading the local presence of Terranova Instruments Srl (Italy) in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Our focuses on: Developing local partnerships with EPC contractors and operators across oil & gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. - Driving localization initiatives, including the setup of assembly and service facilities in Kazakhstan to local value requirements. - Managing business development and supply chain activities for pressure, level, temperature, and flow instrumentation. - Ensuring strong collaboration between Terranova Italy and the Kazakh market, delivering high-quality products with local support.

- Support the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of plant changes/modifications (Management of Change) and projects to appropriate company specifications and local standards - Support from process automation and optimization engineering the HAZIDs, HAZOPs, LOPA, Risk Assessments and other safety studies - Provide technical assistance in implementation of new projects/changes with respect to installation, troubleshooting and start-up of equipment including providing technical support for commissioning activities as required - Technical Authority role in Instrumentation and Safeguarding PACO (Process Automation and Control Optimization) discipline (authorized by Shell TAs): change management (MOC) design review and approvals, deviation management, maintenance program optimization - Led and managed a team of engineers, providing mentorship and oversight to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment - Obsolescence management: review lifecycles and principal technical decision maker - Contribute to development and review of Engineering Design project proposals, project or asset studies, project drawings and documentation, and company standards/specifications; - Engage and managed Contractors to achieve scope and deliverables, as well as stakeholder expectations - Lead and complete complex RCAs discipline related issues and prepare recommendations including Corrective actions and measures - Support the creation of SAP Maintenance Programs, including Campaign programs, in order to ensure Integrity, Safe and Reliable Operation and maximum availability of the facilities - Delivered success support in major Turnaround activities on Kashagan project in 2019-2022: scope, coordination, execution with contractors. Support Turnaround activities: Scope preparation, Tender support, Contractor mobilization

• Spares balance and inventory control for all spare parts for whole Kashagan project; • Coordination the implementation of all Instrumentation Maintenance in the SAP PM module in the Kashagan CMMS Build; • 2 years operation spares management • Working with the line to define the Instrumentation spares requirement, participate in the QA/QC of SPIL-forms and their coding and conversion to Company e-SPIR forms including to take accountability for the population of the data into the CMMS system; • Optimization of Min/Max stocks • Supporting procurement process from technical side on spares and equipment related issues: alternatives evaluation, technical review (special within instrument discipline); • Development and review tender documentation and bids evaluation; • Budget estimation and cost optimization; • Identification & developing required resources, tools, parts, contracts, logistics, and specialized procedures; • Arrangement of on-receipt inspection and further monitoring of the equipment quality and reliability used in Oil and Gas Industry.

• Review and preparation of documentation for compliance of materials and services to the project/company requirements set; • Arrangement of on-receipt inspection and further monitoring of the equipment quality and reliability used in Oil and Gas Industry; • Development and implementation of the Maintenance equipment and spare parts procurement quality control procedure. Existing management systems and equipment reliability recommendations support in the process of its maintenance. Development and control of the inspection plan execution of fabricated Maintenance fittings, piping and spare parts as per the design specifications; • Preparation of as- built documentation for obtaining of conformity certificate, permit to use, licenses, attestations for work, equipment and processes;
