Led strategic color development initiatives by creating the X14-React Color Strategy, aligning Nike Footwear Color teams with Air MI manufacturing capabilities, establishing standardized seasonal approval processes that improved speed, consistency, and cross-functional execution. Drove adoption of new digital tools by implementing iMatch technology, developing team capability through training and process integration, reducing foam color-matching time by 80%, improving pigment utilization, and increasing overall operational efficiency. Managed technical suppliers for materials and extrusion equipment, establishing governance processes that improved supplier capability, quality, readiness, and long-term performance across Asia-based vendors.

Corporate Technical Resource – Foam Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming & Packaging supporting multiple Dolco Packaging plants nationwide in high-volume production of egg cartons, food service containers, and meat/poultry trays in polystyrene foam and PET. Provided cross-site engineering leadership for extrusion, thermoforming, and packaging operations to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost performance. Delivered technical training and troubleshooting support in process optimization, tooling, automation, and equipment reliability. Led capital projects involving new equipment and line upgrades, including specifications, vendor management, FATs, installation, commissioning, start-up, training, and handoff to production. Served as primary liaison with OEMs, driving equipment modifications and continuous improvement initiatives that increased efficiency, product consistency, and material utilization across multiple facilities.

Project Manager for start-up thermoforming operation for OPS and PET trays and clamshell containers. Collaborated with tooling manufacturer on clamshell and cake domes product development and tooling design for GN cut-in place and Lyle in-line trim thermoforming machines. Thermoforming set-up and training for roll fed machines including Lyle inline trim and GN contact heat thermoformers.

Technical resource for Blister packaging using heat and RF sealing on PVC, PET and PETG materials. Skin packaging and OPS containers. Managed machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. Managed a contract packaging workforce of 160 employees with 5 direct reports. Developed production and quality SOP's and HACCP control plans. Ensured all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
