Armando Limon Jr

Armando Limon is a security professional and founder with over two decades of real-world experience operating in high-risk, high-demand environments across California.He began his career at 18 years old while studying Criminal Justice at Sacramento State University, building his foundation in discipline, awareness, and accountability. By 21, he was already working as an armed officer, later advancing into leadership roles including Security Sergeant at Bay Street Emeryville—where he managed operations in one of the Bay Area’s busiest locations.Throughout his career, Armando has worked in some of the most challenging areas in San Francisco and Oakland, including Hunters Point, Sunnydale, and City Towers. These assignments required strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to maintain control in unpredictable situations.In 2011, he expanded his experience to the federal level with the U.S. Department of State, where he operated under strict professional standards and high-level expectations SCI/TK/B/HCS/CI .Beyond his own career, Armando has mentored and developed numerous security officers who have successfully transitioned into law enforcement careers. While he was on track to pursue law enforcement himself, the birth of his first child in 2018 led him to make a different decision—prioritizing family while continuing to serve his community in another way.In 2019, he co-founded a security company, but after recognizing a misalignment in values and leadership, he chose to step away and build something of his own—without compromise.In March 2024, he fully launched Streamline Protection Services Inc., a company built on discipline, integrity, and field-tested leadership.Today, Armando leads with a clear mission: to deliver high-level security services, develop strong professionals, and create opportunities for those pursuing careers in law enforcement.
