I am responsible of the Bulgari ICT Department, managing all the Corporate and local IT services. I report directly to Bulgari CEO and I am member of Bulgari Executive Committe. My structureis composed by 81people: 42 Corporate Staff located in Rome,41 Regional Staff located in the Local Areas ( Neuchatel,Valenza, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shangai, Seoul). Main responsibilities: • Coordinating a Corporate Application Director with an application department composed by 29 people. • coordinating two Corporate Technical Managers and six Regional IT Managers • coordinating operation activities ,development projects, evolution maintenance and users support for the whole Bulgari Group (43 legal entities in 22 countries) • defining and managing ICT Bulgari Worldwide budgets • managing vendors and contracts

On top of my CIO responsibility I am leading the Omnichannel Accelleration Program with a multifunctional project team implementing the omnichannel strategy and transformation in Bulgari.
