Define areas for improvement and product development to promote customer service

* Implementation of the ISO 9000 and ISO14000 within the 4 plants in Europe and USA. * Implementation of total quality management. * Standardization of the control process * Set objectives for quality performance and efficiency. * Implementation of lean management, 5S and 6 sigma

* In charge of recruiting operators and building teams for around the clock shifts improvement * Implementing ISO 2001:9000 within the new facility itself * Forecasting production in accordance with sales dept and customer dept. * Reducing operating costs & Improving production lines´s efficiencies in relation with R&D department * Implementing a new UV Coating for the North American food packing industry

* Implementing 2 production lines (UV printing line and traditional coating line) in a new facility * Recruiting and coordination of International external subcontractors Canada, USA, France, Spain, UK & Japan * Permanent contact and relation with the Canadian local and national authorities (Ministry of Labor and Ministry off environment) * Compliance with Canadian lows and standards of the equipments and building (ESA, TSSA, PSR, building permit & permit of: gas emission, sound emission in populated neighbor and toxic products use * Developing of ISO quality standard to the new facility and equipment * Designs/Creation of caps in relation with customers and Massilly NA design department

* Customer support, Sales dept support and maintenance 24/7 on site over the world. * Internal consulting with R&D department, customer feedback * Handling spare parts and machinery inventories (over 6000 Ref. with 500 machines worldwide
