Stationed at multiple venues and locations throughout Long Island. Responsibilities included overseeing day-today valet operations such as parking and retrieving customer vehicles, developing traffic flow and parking strategies with the intent of efficiently and optimally using space, professionally interacting with clients and collaborating with event halls, resolving customer concerns, and managing valet equipment.

Responsible for professionally greeting and comforting guests, explaining food concept and beverage menu, maintain professional composure and attitude, upsell when possible, handle cash and credit card payments.

As a crew chief responsibilities included supervising activities of on shift crew, upholding standard operations procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any inconveniences. As a server responsibilities included greeting guests, assisting with recommendations, fulfill orders and special requests to kitchen staff, customer service, handling credit card and cash transactions.

Responsible for maintaing cleanliness of establishment, replenishing server stations, assisting servers when needed, preparing dining room, clearing and sanitizing tables, adhering to safety guidelines.

Managed and ran Ebay ecommerce store. Tasks included implementing strategies based on data analysis, managing business accounts, customer service, product and inventory management, business to consumer fulfillment, marketing.

Currently enrolled in the Honors College at FIU, pursuing a double major in International Business, Marketing, and a minor in sales.
