Service Manager responsibilities: ◆Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics. ◆Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs. ◆Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers. ◆Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up. ◆Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car. ◆Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule. ◆Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times. ◆Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. ◆Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments. ◆Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.

Operating Engineer responsibilities: -Check the Process-line to avoid material shortage. -Preparing first inspection reports for production line using instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Magnifying lens, Micrometer, etc. -Maintaining 5S in the department. -Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures. -Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives; determining project objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating relevance, time, and costs. -Anticipates operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, unit limitations; monitoring unit performance. -Improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes; contributing information and opinion to unit design and modification teams. -Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. -Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
