At ReGrip, I work as a backend-focused engineer using the SERN stack (SQL, Express, React, Node.js), with strong ownership of backend architecture, performance optimization, and scalable system design. My role involves building production-grade systems that support core business operations end to end. I contributed significantly to improving the ReGrip ERP by optimizing critical APIs and refactoring complex SQL queries, resulting in faster response times and improved scalability. I also built analytics modules for transporters to track scrap generation, purchase trends, and monthly/yearly budget insights, enabling data-driven operational decisions. To improve transparency, I designed and implemented a structured Inspection Reporting System that captures detailed inspection data and presents it in a clear, visual, and business-friendly format. I independently developed ERPExchange, a platform for buying and selling EPR credits, supporting real-time negotiation and chat using WebSockets to ensure low-latency communication and reliable workflows. Additionally, I architected the complete backend for a Sales Ecosystem supporting ground sales teams, telecallers, and freelancer sales agents, covering customer creation, lead management, meetings, and performance tracking. I used Redis for caching and backend optimizations to reduce database load and improve system performance. This system was further extended into a full HRMS, enabling expense management, leave management, and daily travel tracking with secure role-based authentication. I also built a web-based calling dashboard for telecallers, enabling laptop-based calling with automatic logging of calls, leads, and activity data for full admin visibility. Overall, my work at ReGrip reflects strong backend ownership, system-level thinking, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
