* Managing all turbine and engine related field service, training and helpdesk activities within EMEA. * Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of departmental and individual goals and performance measures. Aligns individual and departmental goals to support overall organization goals. Responsible for coordinating work load and scheduling of Field Engineers. * Responsible for performance management and development of direct reports. Identify training needs related to personal development and technical skills. * Participate in interviewing and selection of new members. Responsible for facilitating inter-departmental conflicts for optimum outcome. * Checking and approving documentation required, e.g. service reports, expenses, time sheets, invoices. * Providing technical assistance if needed. * Arranging and shipping of parts if necessary for Field Engineers. * Responsible for departmental financials and budgeting. * Participation in (global) continuous improvement activities within Engineering Services.

* Responsible for the personnel placement and material planning of the Field Service Engineers and the organization of the assignments within EMEA. * Manage incoming customer requests for field support and dispatch. * Manage field service capacity and schedule, including conflict resolution for efficient coverage and dispatch. * Coordinate pre-dispatch activities including travel planning and logistics. * Provide on-site support for field service personnel as needed. * Maintain and present monthly field service metrics and utilization measures. * Manage and administer customer requests for training classes. * Coordinate internal activities associated with customer training. * General travel coordination. * Appropriately route technical assistance calls.

* Accountable for managing of day-to-day operation of the wind turbines of windfarm Luchterduinen encompassing HSE, production performance, asset security, operations and maintenance activities, budget control, profit and losses and employee development. * Responsible for: * Site compliance with MHI Vestas Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. * Profit and Loss responsibility for the site. * Ensure high customer satisfaction. * Management and development of a team of employees on site. * Participate in Customer Meetings. * Ensure contractually agreed requirements are achieved. * Site activity plan and efficient utilization of resources across the site. * Execution of scheduled service on time. * Develop and implement the Site Business Plan and associated Balanced Score Cards. * Compiling and delivering board meeting requirements. * Develop a high team spirit.
