Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management System in all factories align with the Food Industry Requirements and company's goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Quality team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Monitor SPAC System and inspection consistency across all company factories. Define and monitor quality standards (examples: SOP, cleaning, sanitization, pest control, etc) in industrial and logistic processes from receipt of raw material to dispatch in order to reduce unnecessary costs and increase product quality excellence. The Project Quality Engineer (PQE) has the responsibility to ensure the delivery of the Angolan Contract elements of the Kizomba Satellites Phase 2 scope and Lianzi Project as defined herein and, more fully, in the Scope of Work to a quality commensurate with Customer contract/expectations, by assuring all drawing/document requirements are applied in pursuit of the work scope. The PQE is the primary interface with local Company Quality Representatives in Luanda and is responsible for developing and maintaining a good working relationship with the Customer and its representatives. The PQE shall be responsible for implementing controls so as to assure proper record-keeping and management is applied to the scope from receipt of materials through Completion and until Handover. Additionally, the PQE is required to lead and influence the local team, so as to assure a well-planned execution and to maintain focus upon critical Quality execution areas.

Identify any resources needed to efficiently perform all QA/QC & HSE requirements, to support project execution. Manage on day to day QA and QC Inspector as well as the project execution to ensure compliance and excellence on execution in line with project requirements and company target and objectives. Ensuring timely allocation of properly qualified QC personnel to perform Project specific pre-qualification requirements, materials, welding, NDE and field joint coating QC and documentation activities, as required to fulfill the requirements of the agreed Inspection and Test Plan and Project Master Schedule. Ensure that all QA/QC documentation relating to any Project are correctly managed as per project requirements. Process and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken for any NCR or OSD raised, and that they are used as a basis for a positive, continuous improvement process Implement and manage Quality Management System for structure fabrication and pipeline
