Supporting the Labor Relations Department HRIS literate (SapSuccessFactors Employee Central, HRMS Scan, HRM Connect) Coordinating the company's internships programme in Greece (recruiting, liaise with career offices of universities, participating in career fairs, supporting the hiring and termination process - contracts, atlas -, reporting) Ad hoc support to the Learning and Development Department (performance appraisal procedures) Implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate guidelines.

Responsible for timekeeping and participation in payroll administration (150 employees working in three shifts). Maintaining the internal HRM system (HRMS, Scan). Dealing with employees' inquiries. Handling employment related processes, ensuring compliance with Labor Law. Implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate guidelines. Providing monthly analytical reports. Participating in event organization (seminars, actions of CSR, etc). Monitoring contractors regarding "Time & Attedance".

Responsibilities: Maintaining HR database, handling company's Time & Attendance system, updating company's organizational charts, dealing with inquiries made by employees regarding leaves and absences.

Customer service, arranging technicians' appointments, providing solutions to basic technical problems of telephone lines, training of new colleagues.

Participation in individual and group therapies, psychological assessment of patients, trained in administration and scoring of psychometric tests (MMPI, WAIS-III).
