• Coordinating with Marketing Japan and Indonesia about the production request as their forecast and Purchase Order. • Assist Logistics Manager for create production schedule from production planning. • Coordinating with Manufacturing Team for creating production schedule. • Monitoring Stock of packing material at warehouse. • Coordinating with Procurement Team for ordering packing material for stock. • Monitoring Logistic Operator for creating Purchase Requition on SAP. • Monitoring Logistic Operator for Good Receipt Packing Material on SAP. • Monitoring STO SAP Process for transfer stock from vendor warehouse to plant warehouse. • Maintain material master data on SAP (Packing Instruction, Packing Determination, Bill of Material). • Input Label System on SAP for Finished Goods.

• Daily Responsibility: - Create Purchase Order from Plant to all Depo of Sampoerna Kayoe using SAP system. - Create a report of Purchase Order in excel and update the report to Business Local Team. - Create Delivery Order of Depo Jakarta using SAP system. - Coordinate Delivery from plant to all depo with each Manager of Depo for Stock. - Monitoring delivery of Directly Order to end buyer and make a report in excel. - Assist Area Head of Inventory to coordinate stock with each Manager of Depo and Create Stock Transfer Outlet using SAP system. • Project: (Warehouse Movement) - Assist Area Head of Inventory and Logistic to Finding Potential Warehouse for Sampoerna Kayoe’s Depo Jakarta. - Summarize and conclude of some potential Warehouse and report to Head Sales and Operation - Create a new layout for warehouse with the team (Head of Warehouse and Head of Logistics) - Monitoring delivery stock from old warehouse to current warehouse.

• Demonstrate Logistic SOP. • Make a shipment data report in Excel. • Make a report about analyze the increase of freight cost and the influence to export volume.

• Analyzing data based on what Import Manager needs. • Make reports and data conclusion for Airfreight Import Manager in Excel and Power Point. • Coordinate with Customer Service Team to make PIB Documents for Import Process. • Follow up the transferred PIB Documents and report the respond from Custom to PIB Team. • Assist PIB Team for transfering and drafting PIB Documents to Custom.
