Lusail Plaza Towers by Foster + Partners • Coordinated all activities related to the installation of marble in the Lusail Boulevard project. This involves collaborating with the general contractor, other subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. • Ensured highest quality standards for marble installation. Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures to meet architectural and design specifications. • Managed and allocated resources efficiently including skilled labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and budget constraints. • Managed the production process of Marble tiling and cladding for Barwa Project different buildings type, residential, mosques, community centers. • Lead the site team for gathering site dimensions, and draftsmen team for drafting as-built drawings for spaces, and preparing shop drawings for consultant approval. • Designed and visualized exterior building elements, interior spaces, Fit out projects various marble products. • Prepared cutting lists for the production (factory) and design reviews for approvals. • Optimized the production process through design and installation smart choices. • Created Prototypes, drafts and scale models for design proposals. • Coordinated the production of interior/exterior marble designs, tiling and cladding and collaborated with different engineering departments to insure optimal results. • Quality control for fabrication process, plus site inspections. • Supervised site for insuring compliance with approved drawings/ materials and required specifications.
