I build and scale engineering systems, processes, and teams.Code is rarely the hardest problem to solve. The more impactful complexity lies in organizing people, processes, and systems to operate at scale.Most challenges that I have seen do not stem from poor code, but rather tight coupling, poorly defined processes, and operational bottlenecks. I focus on designing systems that reduce friction and incentivize throughput.As Director of Engineering, I lead the development of AWS-based SaaS platforms in construction tech, improving scalability, reliability, and delivery velocity across multiple production systems. My experience spans AWS and Azure with a focus on distributed systems and platform architecture.Previously, as a Principal Consultant, I worked across organizations to modernize systems, improve engineering delivery, structure processes, and build technical strategy.I am increasingly applying AI to operational systems particularly production use cases like document processing and workflow automation.Occasionally advise on architecture, scaling systems, and engineering leadership.
