Managing PoP/Data Center area in metro, regional, long haul and subsea optical transport infrastructure 4. Managing technician, engineer and contractor for project implementation and daily operation activities 5. Managing multiple third-party resource and renewal contract periodically 6. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders multiple levels and functions 7. Propose expenditure proposal of CAPEX, OPEX and COGS expense yearly 8. Create the RFI and RFQ proposal for released tender to multiple vendors 9. Review the HLD, LLD, BOQ and RFQ proposal from multiple vendors 10. Review the BOQ and commercial proposal from multiple vendors 11. Recieve and act as level 3 escalation list for transport network 12. Provide project and solution design for prospect customer manage services 13. Development and Implementation tender projects with Global Vendor Services. 14. Working closely with external team such as project manager, solution architect, global support, local partner or 3rd party support 15. Working closely with internal team such as finance, procurement, logistic, sales team

1. Network monitoring, troubleshooting support remotely and maintenance satellite transmission high capacity and intermediate data rate. 2. Management traffic and problem solving satellite transmission problem such as interference frequency, transmission quality etc. 3. Network monitoring, troubleshooting support remotely and maintenance for services VSAT-IP, VSAT-SCPC, cellular backhaul and transponder leased. 4. Handling ±1000 trouble ticket per week for satellite transmission problem such as interference frequency, transmission quality, bandwith capacity etc. 5. Handling ±100 satellite transponder for management traffic, network inspection, troubleshooting support remotely and maintenance internet services. 6. Handling ±100 node mobile backhaul (BTS - BSC, BSC - MSC, MSC - MSC) over Satellite. 7. Handling ±1000 devices Satellite Modem CDM 625/725, Newtec 6000, SatEx 3000, Paradise PD10. 8. Supporting project and solution design for prospect customer manage services. 9. Supporting to setup network performance report, analysis and improvement. 10. Working closely with internal team such as customer care, technician, regional support team.
