Arif joined Hunters Law LLP a 300 year old law firm, based in Lincoln's Inn, London as their Chief Finance and Operations Officer in April 2018. He is responsible for the overall financial health of the business along with strategic direction of the financial and operational performance of the business, the strategy of support services ensuring compliance to business objectives, achievement of the support services budgets and performance/operational improvement across the business, through operations and management of business improvement projects. He has been instrumental in the conversion of the Hunters Partnership to an LLP within ten months after joining the Firm.

Overall responsibility for all strategic financial direction and delivery. Focused on delivering shareholder value with expertise in commercial negotiations,ensuring year on year profitable growth including during the current challenging economic conditions.

International firm of Architects with operations in Russia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and UK.

Responsible for the financial helm of the business along with other main board members.

Along with my full time FD role at GL Hearn , I have been a NED within the NHS for the past three years. Initially, I was appointed to the board of Harrow Primary Care Trust and as a result of various structural and management changes, I was selected to join the boards of seven other PCTs in North West London with a combined annual budget of £3.4 billion. I played an active part in ensuring that the organisation's goals are met. I was the chair of the NHS North West London Health and Safety Committee, Vice Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Responsible for leadership and management of the Financial Strategy . Along with direct line management for Finance, HR, IT , Marketing and Business Development and Facilities for the whole business internationally operating in Brazil, France, Greece, Singapore and Spain with Head Quarters in London.
