As a Digital Project Analyst at PEOPLElogy, I play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support project success and strategic decision-making. When I joined, many processes still relied on manual methods, so I took the initiative to modernize workflows by introducing automation and data visualization tools. I design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to communicate complex data trends clearly to stakeholders, while leveraging Excel for detailed analysis and reporting. KEY ACHIEVEMENT To improve efficiency, I develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft Excel, significantly reducing repetitive tasks and minimizing human error. My work focuses on exploring data trends, solving business problems through data-driven recommendations, and collaborating closely with different teams to bridge the gap between raw data and practical strategies. Passionate about continuous improvement, I enjoy using analytical thinking and technical tools to help the company work smarter and make more informed decisions.

As a Cashier at Eco-Shop, I was responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Beyond daily cash handling and balancing registers, I contributed to inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking to keep displays organized and appealing. In addition to my cashier duties, I supported the store’s digital marketing efforts by creating and scheduling social media posts to highlight promotions and new arrivals, helping increase customer engagement and foot traffic. I also collaborated on simple promotional materials and small-scale online campaigns, combining in-store responsibilities with digital initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and support sales growth.

During my time at UiTM, I was actively involved in promoting traditional culture by teaching and coaching fellow students to play gamelan instruments. I also performed gamelan music at university convocation ceremonies and took the lead in practicing and preparing a gamelan ensemble for special events and activity days on campus. Additionally, I participated in an educational visit to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to learn from their cultural programs and strengthen inter-university connections.
