Project: Construction of 132/33 KV, 50/16 MVA SS •Review and verify Civil (foundations, cable trenches) and Electrical (SLDs, layouts, earthing) drawings. •Reviewing of project charter and conducting intimal site visit.Issuing comments/ recommendation on project charter. •Developing detailed project schedules, technical specifications, and budgetary requirements from conception to completion. •Supervise the installation of the Earth Mat. In an AIS, proper grounding is critical for safety and equipment protection. •Ensure the correct placement of heavy equipment like Power Transformers, Circuit Breakers (CB), and Current Transformers (CT) according to the layout. •Manage the assembly and verticality of the Gantry structures and equipment supports. •Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. •Coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment. •Co ordinate with client Tecnical Dept for measurement of work done and preparing the M book. To release the final/ part bills as per BOQ. Entering the Data through SAP.

•Project: Dukhan Military Air Base Qatar Armed Forces C-108-01 . Lead the Electrical team of (10) members to conduct and perform the assigned tasks’ roles and responsibilities. • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop Electrical system designs that align with the project's architectural and functional requirements. • Offer specialized knowledge in Electrical engineering, codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Review and validate Electrical designs for compliance and feasibility. • Oversee the engineer’s review of the contractors Electrical shop drawings, material submittal, technical submittal ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant IFC, codes and regulations. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control during construction. • Provide regular progress reports and updates to management and clients, highlighting key milestones and issues. • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and a commitment to delivering high quality Electrical services. • Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to provide innovative and compliant Electrical solutions. 1 / 3 • Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or performance. • Address technical challenges and provide solutions during the design, construction, and operation phases of the project. • Oversee the commissioning of Electrical systems to ensure they function as designed. • Ensure that all Electrical systems are completed, tested, and commissioned to the client's satisfaction. • Facilitate the final closeout process, including obtaining necessary approvals and permits.

•Construction, erection/installation of 22O/I32/33/11/0.42 KV substations and their al-lied equipment's, comprising oil and dry-type trans-formers up to a capacity of 160MVA power trans-formers. •Maintaining a team of technical staff, skilled workers.Ensure the project discipline works are executed in accordance with the relevant discipline drawings, specifications, method statement, execution program in coordination with all other disciplines. •Ensure that the Electrical works are executed efficiently within the target schedule in the best quality without materials wastage. •Ensure the Electrical works are executed in compliance with local authorities that has jurisdiction over the discipline scope of work i.e. Health and Safety and all standards applicable to the project. •Ensure adherence to the relevant Company's policies and procedures. •Ensure the satisfaction of the client, consultant and main contractor and MEP Project Manager/ CM always. •Guide the site engineers through the work activities management process throughout the duration of the project. Assign specific targets to the various work activities. •Plan and allocate responsibilities to team members. •Review of implementation program and construction schedule. •Review and approval of detailed designs, drawings and procedures related to all transmission, distribution components. • Submission of monthly and quarterly progress reports. Manage operations in a 50 MW/11 KV power plant with brushless generators and a power distribution network. Develop and facilitate training programs on health and safety standards, SOPs, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, isolation methods, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Ensure all team leaders, supervisors, and technicians are well-trained in these critical areas. Adhere to the Quality Management Plan and Asset Management strategies. Conduct analyses of historical data, including technical drawings and single line diagrams, to create and adjust maintenance schedules based on operational needs. Ensure the maintenance team has immediate access to necessary tools and equipment, facilitating timely completion of tasks. Prepare and assign detailed work orders along with coordination plans for supervisors and technicians, monitoring execution and promptly addressing any issues. Conduct regular walkthroughs of the plant to visually confirm that equipment is functioning safely. Provide technical support to field personnel on low and medium voltage systems, including generators and motors. Collaborate with technical teams during maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with standards. Evaluate maintenance test results, addressing any abnormalities immediately and documenting actions taken. Oversee the design, installation, and compliance of new systems. Respond to client inquiries and technical issues effectively, preparing detailed reports on findings. Manage a repair workshop for electrical motors and sensors. Lead shutdown efforts, conducting root cause analyses of failures to rectify underlying issues. Propose new technologies to improve reliability and efficiency. Finally, maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring accessible records for future reference and continual improvement in operations.
