Co-founded Bikedeals.in, a marketplace for pre-owned motorcycles. (Link: https://t.ly/9Ks0A) - Managed Operations and Business Development. - Bikedeals became the first organized used motorcycle marketplace in the region. - Established a new vertical, 'XENGA', specializing in automotive accessories. - Led the expansion of offline retailers in key cities of West & South India.

Responsibilities:- -Supervisor for group of more than 10 collectors -Managed accounts of 'Fortune 500 Banks' to collect unpaid debts. -Reviewed and monitor loans in foreclosure and bankruptcy, Litigation filing, Debt Settlement plans, Skip Tracing. -Evaluated accounts and recommended actions throughout the collection cycle -Maintained communications with clients for settlements and other service needs. -Ensured Team followed State and FDCPA Guidelines while collection. -Managed HNI consumer's debt accounts. -Reported satisfied debts to credit bureaus. -Team was 'Highest rated' on quality for straight six months.
