• Create and implement effective strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals. • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates. • Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit. • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates through branding initiatives and campaigns. • Administer and analyze test results to ensure candidates meet the job requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear and timely communication. • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Perform accurate valuations for land, buildings, and other real estate properties based on market data and industry standards. • Assess the value of various tangible and intangible assets, such as machinery, equipment, vehicles, intellectual property, and businesses. • Gather and analyze market data, trends, and economic factors to support valuation reports. • Ensure valuations align with applicable legal, financial, and regulatory standards in Indonesia, including guidelines from OJK and MAPPI. • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, explain valuation methodologies, and address inquiries regarding reports. • Create comprehensive, detailed, and professional valuation reports, adhering to industry standards and internal quality assurance processes. • Analyze financial statements and projections to determine the economic value of businesses or investments. • Conduct on-site inspections to verify property conditions, dimensions, and other critical details for valuation purposes. • Work closely with other appraisers, legal teams, and clients to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuations. • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in every valuation task.

• Assist in preparing and organizing case files, evidence, and investigation reports related to women and children protection cases. • Provide support to victims, ensuring their rights and needs are addressed during the investigation process. • Help conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects under the supervision of lead investigators. • Coordinate with social services, psychologists, and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive support for victims. • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing case updates. • Participate in awareness programs and campaigns related to the prevention of violence and abuse against women and children.
