Called alumni and parents of current students to request funding for academic programs at the College. Updated alumni records. Served as goodwill ambassador for Franklin & Marshall College.

Managed front desk and performed administrative duties; acted as liaison between leasing office and apartment residents. Planned monthly recreational, social, and special events for residents. Assisted residents with move-in procedures and answered questions regarding apartment amenities and regulations. Organized Welcome Back Week by contacting local companies to donate food and services for residents.

Amended 2009 federal income taxes, prepared 2010 and 2011 state and federal income taxes, and prepared cover letter and 8919 and SS-8 forms for Spanish-speaking client. Organized lobby days to assist passage of groundbreaking temporary worker protections in Massachusetts (House Bill 4304). Analyzed dormant case files for lead attorney and wrote memoranda regarding case history and recommended actions. Completed unemployment intakes and entered caller information into computer database. Returned calls from Spanish-speaking phone line and directed them to the appropriate office.

Initiated contact with witnesses and fielded case inquiries in Spanish and English. Assisted Outreach Coordinator with planning and executing educational programs for bilingual community groups. Translated official documents and contacted witnesses in Spanish. Prepared accounting audits of Massachusetts-based companies.
