Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Reliability Engineering Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the operation and maintenance of all industrial plant and equipment, installations design, upgrade changes and supervise industrial processing. The key focus of the role is to support Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People through condition and TPM functions that underpin OEE improvement, inclusive of contractor management, participation and lead where required in project management improvement projects. This role is all key for developing the Seven Hills operational team.

Supporting the Plant Manager – the Process Engineer is responsible for safely designing and managing efficient processes to support the site’s safety, quality, cost deliver and people initiatives. This is a process improvement role to improve safety of workers, machine reliability, OEE and automation which are aligned to the site’s annual plan.

The Team Leader ‑ is responsible for managing the admissions team on a day to day basis to ensure agreed service levels are met ‑ will work closely with staff across multiple teams including but not limited to Student Recruitment, Marketing and Student Services across all brands ‑ a key member of the admissions team supporting the success of the student recruitment process

Follow-up of the plastic resin market, obtaining primary information from Brazilian and foreign transformers; • Construction of market analysis projects and chemical and petrochemical consulting: obtaining information from primary sources, compilation of data obtained, and presentation to the client; • Construction of monthly market reports on engineering plastics, composite materials and recycled resins; • Monitoring and updating of economic information for the company's database;
