During my M.Sc, my main focus was cancer research, developing monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for the RAS oncogene. During these activities I have been exposed and gained independent expertise and knowledge of a vast array of in vitro and in vivo technologies. The development includes use of biochemical and immunological methods such as Western Blots, immunoprecipitation, immunostaining, ELISA, fluorescent microscopy, polyclonal antibody production in rabbits. Further skills include cell culture, skilled animal (mouse and rabbit) handling and more. During my B.Sc. , I studied and practiced various methods including biochemistry, immunology and microbiology methodologies, I have participated in several different labs including a large project in microbiology/biotechnology, gained experience in Tissue Culture and Molecular Biology techniques
