• Reviews installation photos, documents, SLDs and design details' accuracy. • Reviews PV and BESS monitoring data and layout precision. • Provides comprehensive and concise feedback on rejected packages and recommends options to resolve issues swiftly. • Manages internal support requests for nimble resolution. • Identifies trend and recommend improvements to EPCs. • Participates in partner calls to drive best practices and improve performance.

• Professionally acts as a point for customer escalation arising from but not limited to internal and external customers via phone, email, web and social media sites. Timely management in owning, documenting, tracking and closing cases. • Proficient cross-functional coordination in sourcing resolution on existing complaint cases to all internal parties. This includes regular engagement with the following key stakeholders; Tier- 3 Escalations Specialists, Field Service Account and O&M, Sales, Financial Product Operations and Customer Experience Team. • Collaborates with EPCs and vendors in promoting process improvement and long-term solution on existing issues in accordance to company standards. • Performs floor walks, aids product and technical support to the frontline team to ensure data accuracy transmission to customers, technicians, dealers and EPCs.
