I evaluate pricing guidelines and make real time adjustments in relation to market needs and behavior, use market analyses data as a guide for rate hurdles and sales associates in determining business acquisition, defines "fleeting market opportunities" . I provide accurate revenue forecast on market conditions vis a vis the hotel's revenue targets, interprets market forecast into marketing strategies, provides competitive set updates. I heighten the awareness of senior management on property performance, monitors and qualifies performance of the property and drafts the business plan (including revenue targets) of the hotel in coordination with the General Manager and the Director of Marketing

Lead and manage the Reservations Team to achieve budgeted and forecasted Rooms Revenue, through the conversion of Reservation calls to sales, whilst delivering customer satisfaction. Maintain database accuracy in order to get return correct inventory and rates to market, segment our business property, and track our business to facilitate strategic analysis.

Maximize overall hotel revenue; while balancing profitability; through implementation of an effective revenue management process and data driven fact based business decisions. Lead the development, implementation and measurement of all Revenue Management related activities. Ensure multi-property execution of outstanding customer service, reservation sales process effectiveness, adherence to policies and development of strategies.
