Performed detailed analysis of customer maintainability and reliability data as part of a task team for Total Operational Cost Reduction. Developed logistics engineering products (LSAR 004, 019, 036, 040, etc.) and analyses required for the project. Identified Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for analysis. Verified bill of material (BOM) items against engineering drawings. Tracked discrepancies between BOM, IETM, and Provisioning. Reviewed/revised maintenance allocation chart (MAC), LMI/LSA tasks, manpower, MTTR, RPSTL, consumables, critical items list, etc. from technical source data and incorporated into a SLIC database. Analyzed PMCS tasks to determine if maintenance was being performed too much, too little, or was needed on other components/parts.

Analyzed contractual documents, technical data, and customer maintenance practices, as well as reliability and life expectancy of parts for sustainability/maintainability to determine spares provisioning and maintenance repair requirements. Developed logistics support analysis (LSA) database. Developed overall support requirements such as facilities, maintenance, and testing requirements. Participated on integrated product development teams to provide analysis and evaluations of design. Answered critical path action items assigned during meetings regarding SDRL and CDRL deliverables. Prepared MIL-PRF-49506 compliant reports and ATA Spec 2000 compliant T, Z, and W files. Developed ATA iSpec 2200 compliant Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) to include organizational, intermediate and depot level overhaul, repair and testing. Created 2D illustrations from 3D models and photos. Prepared MIL-STD-2073-1E/2C compliant DD Form 2326 for PHS&T requirements.

Performed logistics analysis/provisioning for aircraft (I.e., Airbus, Boeing, etc.) to develop Integrated Parts Catalog for customer deliverables. Also performed task analysis on Supplemental Maintenance Manual (SMM) conversions.

Verified systems included latest changes directed by engineering change order, customer changes, safety/human requirements, etc. Systems included avionics/electrical engineering, equipped cabinetry and structures engineering, manufacturing engineering, and completions systems engineering. Incorporated data into Supplemental Maintenance Manuals, Supplemental Integrated Parts Catalogs, and Cabin Handbooks for aircraft.

Performed logistics supportability analysis (LSA) of land vehicle systems which included government furnished equipment (GFE), avionics/electrical and mechanical equipment, weapons and structures. Verified systems included latest changes directed by engineering change (ECP), customer changes, safety/human requirements, etc. Incorporated data into Logistics Management Information (LMI) relational database (SLICWave). Utilized TeamCenter, Vis Mockup, Haystack, Novell Terminal Pro (Mainframe), PowerLog J, etc. for mining engineering source data and IETMs. Generated tasks for MODKIT unique parts in preparation of deliverable logistics source data to technical publications for processing into applicable customer deliverables.

Developed logistics support analysis records (LSAR) for maintenance tasks per 13882B and S1000D. Developed provisioning data to reflect specific aircraft requirements. Verified systems included latest changes directed by engineering change notice (ECN), customer changes, etc. Incorporated data into LMI relational database (Eagle) to generate tasks for repair parts and special tools list (RPSTL) in preparation of IETM deliverable. Interfaced closely with Configuration Management to correct deficiencies in engineering drawings.

Developed LORA and LSAR for maintenance tasks per ATA iSpec 2200. Developed data for incorporation into LMI relational database (1388-2B) to generate tasks for Supplemental Maintenance Manual and integrated parts breakdown (IPB) in preparation of IETM. Created tasks and generated graphics from V4/V5 CATIA. Interfaced with technical publications, engineering, configuration management, specifications, and installation crews. Provisioned and updated LMI database via SLICWave to reflect specific aircraft requirements. Verified systems included latest changes directed by engineering orders (EOs), engineering changes (EOCS), customer changes, etc. Updated LSAR database via SLICWave to reflect necessary changes to maintenance tasks, RPSTL. Supported design reviews (teleconferences) to influence issues with upcoming designs. Included interfacing with Vice President, Directors, management, vendors, sub-contractors, and government representatives. Business Analyst – Developed program schedules for ILS department integrating schedules of various groups (IPT). Performed duties of ISO Coordinator/Auditor for ILS department and other Engineering departments. Performed internal audits of department processes in accordance with ISO 9001/2000, EASA, and ATA 2200. Interfaced with customers on discrepancies and resolutions. Tracked improvements for data reporting. Made recommendations on IPT and customer business processes and their integration. ILS for maintenance planning of O-D level product operations and maintenance. Performed LSA to develop maintenance plans, LORAs, and maintenance tasks in the 1388-2B/ S1000D LMI database utilizing data from maintainability testing and vendors. Submitted maintenance plans for ITAR (proprietary, third party and foreign), internal, and customer reviews via WindChill ProjectLink and Team Track. Developed LSAR for maintenance tasks, incorporated graphics, created links for required conditions, subtasks, and external technical publications for commercial off the shelf (COTS) equipment (avionics, engine, and cabin systems). Utilized both Eagle and Arbortext editor (Epic/Acquired) as part of the entire iLogs suite. Created/revised IETM via the common source database, as required. Verified systems included latest changes directed by EOs, ECNs, software change requests (SCRs), discrepancy records (TMMRs), etc. Interfaced with engineers, reliability & maintainability (R&M), Spares/Supply, product handling storage and transportation (PHS&T), technical publications, illustrators, vendors, partners, and customer to resolve discrepancies. Supported quarterly reviews with customer. Held teleconferences with Contracting Team and Customer, as required. Performed OJT in Eagle, Project Link, SATRN, and other processes for new hires.
