Mainly on Smart Die Sorter • Technical Consultation: Prepare and deliver high-level technical presentations to potential clients. • Channel Management: Work closely with Sales Channel Partners (SCPs) and act as their technical backbone, assisting them in expanding market reach and ensuring they have the tools to represent ViTrox accurately. • Lead & Account Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and qualification to account management and post-sales support. • Market Intelligence: Conduct benchmarking, market research, and competitive analysis to stay ahead of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) trends and competitor pricing strategies. • Marketing & Events: Drive product launches, roadmaps, and system demonstrations at international trade shows such as SEMICON CHINA 2026 and technical marketing events.

• Safety & Security: This is my #1 priority for being responsible to carry out pre-flight equipment checks, safety demonstrations, and upholding strict Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) regulatory requirements. • Premium Service Delivery: Providing a "straight from the heart" service experience. This includes personalized meal and beverage services, attending to special dietary needs, and maintaining cabin cleanliness. • Medical & Emergency Response: Acting as a first responder for in-flight medical emergencies and being prepared to lead evacuations or handle turbulence with a calm, decisive "Can-do" attitude. • Diversity & Inclusion: Catering to a global passenger base and providing extra care for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and the elderly. • Team Collaboration: Working in a culturally diverse crew by supporting teammates during high-traffic or high-pressure situations.

• System Architecture & Design: Develop and design control software for automated equipment. This involves creating the logic that coordinates robotic arms, sensors, and motor drives. • PC-Based Programming: Write and debug code using PC-based control systems (often using C#, WPF , MVVM ) • Vision System Integration: Collaborate with vision teams to integrate cameras and AI inspection tools into the machine's workflow for "pick-and-place" or defect detection • On-site Commissioning: Travel to client sites (globally) to perform machine setup, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets the requirements. • Documentation: Maintain rigorous software version control and technical manuals to ensure long-term machine serviceability.
