Arianna Forgione

I worked on tax, real estate and corporate litigation files while employed for Forgione Law Office, specifically assisting lawyers with preparation of pleadings, affidavits, mortgage discharges, requisition letters, and trial requests. I attended the Ontario Superior Court and assisted with the litigation preparation.

Interned at a Chambers USA, Chambers Global, and Legal 500-ranked law firm, supporting its cybersecurity and privacy practice with a focus on global risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Assisted with incident response planning, cross-border data protection, and client communications, gaining exposure to high-stakes litigation and strategic advisory work across jurisdictions.

Completed a summer internship at a Chambers ranked Asia-Pacific leading firm, gaining practical experience in corporate and securities law under the mentorship of firm partners. Contributed by working on mergers and acquisitions, assisting with purchase agreements, reviewing company constitutions, attending client meetings, and drafting summary letters outlining key decisions and next steps.

I completed a summer placement at Gardiner Roberts, one of Ontario’s top 10 regional firms, where I rotated through securities, family law, real estate, and litigation. I conducted legal research and drafted memos on topics including real estate transactions, corporate governance, construction law, and the regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

As a Recruitment Officer, I provided information to constituents about voting during the pandemic and was promoted to a leadership role where I was materially involved in hiring over a dozen employees and advisors for poll offices.
