- Designed and developed GenAI-powered messaging features within Microsoft Teams, leading end-to-end implementation across both client-side experiences and AI workflow infrastructure. - Managed and optimized LLM integration, including model migration, prompt tuning, quality testing, and real-time monitoring to enhance automated communication capabilities.

Supported the Dynamics 365 Sales module, a critical platform serving thousands of customers, by promptly addressing live-site incidents, collaborating with teammates to resolve high-priority issues, implementing process improvements, and delivering bug fixes and enhancements to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.

Built and delivered Customer Journey Orchestration features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, collaborating cross-functionally to enable scalable, personalized customer engagement. Implemented Journey Copilot capabilities using LLMs for AI-assisted journey creation, natural-language audience segmentation, and automated content generation, while building scalable UI, logging, and telemetry systems to support real-time engagement and data-driven campaign optimization.

Delivered BrainStation’s AI Certification program focused on empowering professionals to understand and apply Generative AI in real-world contexts. I taught core concepts such as large language models, prompt engineering, and AI ethics, while guiding students through hands-on projects with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and DALL-E to integrate AI strategically and responsibly into their work.

Designed and developed a web application to automate import and export operations for an airport services company, significantly improving efficiency, accuracy, and reducing manual work. Collaborated closely with clients and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring the solution aligned with business needs and delivered measurable operational impact.

Developed a real-time flood detection system that combined satellite imagery analysis with an interactive map interface to improve the speed and accuracy of disaster assessment. Engineered a high-accuracy deep neural network for semantic segmentation using semi-supervised learning to identify flood-prone areas in Northern Peru, and presented the work as a Bachelor’s thesis, earning recognition for bridging academic research with practical tools that enhanced natural disaster response strategies.

Developed PWA and push notification features to boost customer engagement, and contributed to scalable backend solutions enabling customizable, enterprise-grade online store deployments.

Designed and implemented a framework integrating multiple deep learning libraries to streamline inference processes and eliminate dependency issues, supporting real-time imaging and analysis in devices like CT and MRI scanners.
