After 5 years of experience changed job profile as Plant Incharge looking after manufacturing of Heavy Fabrication of Boilers and Pressure Part Manufacturing After few years of working as plant head started working on operations improvement through lean manufacturing principles. * As leader of operations improvement achieved reduction in lead time from 8 months to 3 1/2 months . * Production volume increased from 700 tons/yr to 3000 tons/yr * Designed plant layout and equipments of companies heavy boiler manufacturing plant at Baroda
