• Monitor all production activities in the department, ensuring overall production operations and activities carried out. • Using OEE, downtime analysis and production data to prioritize improvements that have real operational impact • Implement of 6S and ISO requirement at feeding area, production floor and warehouse. • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the company production processes. • Collaborate with quality department, identify and implement on going quality improvements. • Plan Preventive Maintenance with maintenance section.

• Do overhaul and repair for fix side, moving side and fitting all cavity. • Use Solidworks software to design plastic part component and determine the material selection. • Following engineering drawings for assembles and disassembles fix and moving side molding. • Monitoring a process on the manufacturing line to ensure efficient run rates and assessing necessary repairs or possible improvements if have defect on a product. • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Doing inspection on product based on Visual Inspection Standard. • Using microscope/magnifying glass during inspection on products. • Follow company working instruction (WI), standard to use, maintain and store mold assembly equipment or tools. • Participate and contribute actively to continuous improvement activity. • Apply 5S in work area.

• Responsible for the initial start-up and processing of all injection molding machines. • Assembles and disassembles molding. • Conduct maintenance services as per schedule. • To ensure the department achieve desired quality parts to meet customer expectations.

• Perform office task and taking part in meeting with client. • Site visit and design floor plan using AutoCAD software. • Do regular maintenance outdoor and indoor air conditioning.
