Multifaceted role in a small team central to the daily operation of the business. The role involves aspects of portfolio management & technology, including: Operations • Overseeing the daily management of multiple funds. This includes liquidity, collateral & risk management, updating & monitoring of portfolios, NAV reconciliations • Working extensively with the fund administrators and counterparties to ensure a smooth process throughout the entire life cycle of a trade. • Provided real time support to the various Investment Management teams in London and Milan with regards to upcoming corporate actions, liquidity requirements, portfolio rebalancing & hedging, risk assessments Trading • Executing orders across different markets & asset classes (fixed income, derivatives, equities) in line with best execution policies (requiring knowledge of market conditions, liquidity dynamics) • Maintaining broker and prime broker relationships • Pre- and post-trade analysis Research • Working with the portfolio manager in maintaining & monitoring of the European Value fund whilst providing stock recommendations for investment opportunities Technology • Developed and aided with the implementation of an internal trading system, acting as a technical liaison, whilst leveraging my coding skills in creating a risk management portal and other portfolio management and trading tools (e.g. TCA dashboard, stock screeners, hedging tools, automation of risk reports).

Technical Business Analyst, using technologies such as Python, Docker, Kubernetes & more, in supporting portfolio managers, data scientists and quant researchers across multi-asset teams in Hamburg and London. Key projects included: • ALOS Dashboard: Created a dashboard to display key information being supported by an AI-based model and strategy generation tool. • EM ESG Dashboard: Dashboard aggregating and displaying ESG scores from numerous sources for emerging market countries. • Dealer Gamma Tool: Creating a tool to display a spot gamma chart and calculate the zero gamma level for various equity indices.

Rotations with teams across Europe at one of Europe's leading privately owned banks. Spent considerable time with: • Trading Operations, Investment Banking (Hamburg & London) • Data Science / Market Intelligence, Investment Banking (Hamburg) • Multi-Asset / EM ESG Fixed Income / Quantitative Asset Management (Hamburg & London)

3-month internship (secured on a Generation UK scholarship) based in mainland China. • Created the engineering and electronic specifications, and aided with the proof of concept testing for new products. • Liaised with international manufacturers and attended site visits for QA testing.
